1. Platform use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the platform lawfully. You may not impersonate another person, abuse admin tools, manipulate balances, or attempt to bypass proof review rules.
2. Goal commitments and Stax
Stax is an internal platform value used for goal commitments, rewards, and store redemptions. Funding your account does not guarantee goal completion, rewards, or availability of any specific reward item.
- Goal commitments may be locked while a goal is active.
- Missed or failed goals may result in forfeited committed Stax according to the product rules shown at the time of commitment.
- Reward calculations, shop availability, and administrative review outcomes are controlled by the platform rules in effect at the time of use.
3. Proof submissions
You are responsible for uploading truthful proof. False, misleading, reused, or manipulated proof may result in denied submissions, suspended access, reversed rewards, or account closure.
4. Purchases and cancellations
Shop orders are subject to review, inventory availability, and shipping validation. The Gauntlet may cancel or refund an order when fulfillment is unavailable, information is incomplete, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Acceptable conduct
- No harassment, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized account access.
- No use of automated tools to scrape, attack, or overload the service.
- No attempts to alter balances, rewards, or review decisions outside approved product flows.
6. Changes and termination
The Gauntlet may update features, policies, reward rules, or access terms over time. Access may be limited or terminated for security, policy, legal, or operational reasons.
