1. Account funding
Wallet funding and Stax credits are generally treated as final once the payment has been successfully processed, except where required by law or where a clear platform, duplicate-charge, or technical error has occurred.
2. Goal commitments
Committed Stax used for a goal is subject to the goal rules accepted at launch. Failed or missed goals are not automatically refundable. Administrative review may correct clear platform errors or verified account issues.
3. Shop orders
Orders may be canceled by the platform when fulfillment is unavailable, shipping information is incomplete, or fraud is suspected. When an order is canceled by the platform, spent Stax may be returned to the user balance.
4. How to request review
To request review of a payment, balance issue, or order problem, contact support with your account email, date of the issue, and a description of what happened.
