1. Coin purchases

Coin purchases are generally final after payment is processed, unless the law requires otherwise or there was a clear duplicate charge or technical error.

2. Goal commitments

Goal rewards follow the rules accepted when the goal starts. Admin review may correct clear app errors or verified account issues.

3. Shop orders

Orders may be canceled by the platform when fulfillment is unavailable, shipping information is incomplete, or fraud is suspected. When an order is canceled by the platform, spent Coins may be returned to the user balance.

To request review of a payment, balance issue, or order problem, contact support with your account email, date of the issue, and a description of what happened.
